The banks behaviour to their customers on many occasions falls short of an acceptable standard of service; but this behavior by Barclays would win every prize in the Rotten Services Awards – if we had them
“If it is the bank’s policy now to persist and defend the silly treatment that I encountered at the hands of a cashier next week then I will certainly close my accounts and take my custom and money elsewhere……………”
